The above capacities are for sit down functions. The actual capacity will depend on the arrangements of the room. Buffet lines, hors d'oeurves, cake tablets, gift tables, etc., will decrease capacities.

Deposit

There is a $150.00 deposit required for all catered functions. The deposit will be used for the linen charge and clean-up fees. This deposit is refundable in full if a written cancellation is received at least 90 days prior to the scheduled date.

Guarantee

Attendance must be specified 72 hours in advance of the scheduled function. This number will be considered a Guarantee, which is not subject to reduction. Guarantees for Monday functions are due by 12:00 PM on the preceding Friday. Charges will be made for the number served or guaranteed whichever is greater. Incline Station will be set up and prepared to serve 10% over the guarantee.

Details

To secure your funtion or meeting, the deposit must be paid. We will be pleased to assist you with any specific arrangements or equipment needs. All food and beverages must be purchased from Incline Station. No food or beverages may be brought into any function rooms by any guest. The only exception is for cake. Due to health regulations, no leftover food or beverages may be removed from Incline Station. Prices quoted are guaranteed for 90 days. All prices quoted are subject to 17% service charge and applicable taxes, which will be charged to your account.
